Welcome to the Pennsylvania Credit Card Legal Center. This section of my website deals solely with Credit Card lawsuits that are filed in PA, whether they are filed by the original Credit Card companies or by Collection Agencies or Junk Debt Buyers.

The filing of these lawsuits has increased exponentially in the last year or so in Pennsylvania, (it seems as though a new collection agency opens every month or so), and consumers like you need the proper legal assistance in handling these claims. Over the last few years, I have typically handled about 15 to 20 of these cases every month and have seen most everything that can happen in a credit card lawsuit.

For starters, our success rate on credit card and collection agency cases is through the roof, literally. We haven't lost a collection agency case that we have handled from start to finish in over 2 years! We handle cases at the local magistrate and at the Court of Common Pleas level on a flat fee basis.

It is my hope that the information on this site can help ease your worries about the legal/financial troubles that you are having with these allegedly delinquent credit card accounts.
