During an initial interview with our firm, and during the course of our representation of you, we may accumulate personal, business and financial information about you. We do not collect any information about you that is not relevant to your legal issue. We will not share that information with any third party without your express consent, unless we are required to by law, court order or subpoena. The only information we will give out regarding you or your personal information is while doing negotiations on your behalf and the information will only be provided to other sources as needed.

If you retain our services, we will explain when this disclosure of information is necessary.  We do not sell any information about any of our clients, ever.
