Attorney Fees

If you hire me to represent you in a vehicle case, YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ME A RETAINER, PERIOD. That is because my fees will come from the responsible party. If its a personal injury case, my fees are a percentage of the recovery. If its a Lemon Law or Warranty case, my fees are paid by the Manufacturer. Either way, there will not be a fee charged to you unless we prevail in obtaining compensation for you.  In addition, I typically advance all costs of litigation, so that you do not have any out-of-pocket expenses on any vehicle case that I handle for you. That is my pledge to you.
